NEW FOOD, CORE BEER LINEUP
Joining the new food menu at Bells and Whistles are two holdovers from the restaurant’s recent ‘Wünderbar’ Oktoberfest pop-up: the plant-based ‘Beyond Bratwurst’, available as a substitution for any item on the Hot Dog Happy Hour menu, and Warm Pretzel Buns with honey mustard dip. Other new food additions include the Fall Fling salad (butter lettuce, arugula, green apple, toasted hazelnuts, dates, pumpkin seeds, pecorino romano, lemon vinaigrette) and two new sundaes featuring real-milk, Foothills Creamery soft serve: the Southern Dandy (vanilla soft serve, buttered pecans, waffle bits, iced tea crystals) and the Rocky Roadhouse(chocolate soft serve, pretzels, Skor bits and marshmallows).
Craft beer lovers can also sample the best of the local brewery scene courtesy of a new core list that includes: Bridge Brewing’s ‘Wunderbar’ Kölsch; Strange Fellows’ ‘Talisman’ Pale Ale; Persephone’s ‘Irish Dry’ Stout; Strathcona’s ‘Crispy’ Radler; Four Winds’ ‘Huftgold’ Pilsner; Parkside’s ‘Dreamboat’ Hazy IPA; Twin Sails’ ‘Con Leche’ Milk Stout.
