Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde Brings World-Class Caviar to Ancora’s False Creek and Ambleside Menus with Inspired Array of Indulgent Creations
Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde puts world-class caviar back in the spotlight when the award-winning culinary destination hosts the fifth-annual Caviar Festival at its Ambleside and False Creek locations from November 1 to 30.
With dishes available both à-la-carte and as part of a tasting menu for $69 per person, the Caviar Festival Menu features six inspired and indulgent caviar-forward creations that showcase the versatility of Valverde’s signature Peruvian-meets-Japanese ‘Nikkei’ cuisine.
Select 30-gram tins of such premium caviar as BC’s Northern Divine, Italian Oscietra, Iranian Beluga and New Brunswick’s Acadian Caviar served with classic accompaniments will also be available as an optional add-on throughout the festival.
