Celebrate World Vegan Day with Boosh

More Plants Please!

Celebrating Veggies with World Vegan Day and Boosh November 1st marks World Vegan Day and the start of World Vegan Month.

The last few years have seen a huge spike in demand for plant-based meat and dairy alternatives as more and more consumers look to improve health, wellbeing, and animal welfare.

Whatever the reason for choosing more veggie-based options, it’s clear the industry is more than just a niche, and BC’s Boosh is at the forefront of this change with their rapidly expanding line of ready-to-eat plant-based meals.

Founded by food and restaurant entrepreneur, Connie Marples, Boosh offers clean family-oriented plant-based comfort food appealing to vegans, flexitarians, or those just looking to add a little more plants into their diet. The heat ‘n eat single-serving bowls feature favourites such as:

Vegan Bolognese
Mexican Fiesta Bowl
Mac & Cheeze & Peas
Coconut Curry Cauli

Entrees for two:

Rustic Veggie Pot Pie
Hearty Shepherd’s Pie

As well as new heat’n eat options:

Good Gravy
ChiliBoo
Sloppy Joes

Focusing on creating ready-to-eat meals for those that are health-conscious, the meals are free of gluten, animal products, or GMO ingredients.

Boosh has rapidly grown its family of products with recent acquisitions of Salt Springs Harvest Vege pates and Pulse Kitchen, producers of high-quality 100% plant-based, gluten-free cheese. Founder Connie Marples will soon have an entire line of food designed to pair with wine, one of her passions.
