Liuyishou Collaborates with Canadian Wealth Management Group and Offering Free Deluxe Aged Angus Beef to Greater Vancouverites

International Chinese hotpot restaurant, Liuyishou Hotpot, joins Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2022 (January 14 – 31) for the very first time by offering a $39 menu at the Vancouver downtown location at 1542 Robson. Wine-pairing option is available for $30, featuring BC wines hand picked for the better hot pot tasting experience. A $22 Dine Out lunch menu is also highlighted during the festival, showcasing the popular mini-hotpot for one with different flavours and options.

The Dine Out dinner menu at Liuyishou provides entree options for one person and for 2 or more people, featuring high quality marbled beef and New Zealand lamb. The winter-friendly hot pot broth, the so-called soul of hot pot, comes available in the classic flavours including the Traditional Spicy Soup, Fresh Tomato, Wild Mushroom, and Pork Bone Broth.

The brand new bar menu also serves up hot pot-friendly BC wines and craft cocktails, created by mixologist Chelsea Rose Schulte, now bar manager at Bruno restaurant. Hotpot with cocktail is the new food trend for the Vancouver winter in 2022!
For the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration, Liuyishou is collaborating with Respon Wealth Management, a Canadian financial group, offering hot pot lovers a taste of the recently released aged Angus beef specifically prepared for hot pot, available in different cuts, giving diners an elevated tasting pleasure of premium hot pot beef.

The adapting of the 28-day aging process for hot pot beef at Liuyishou is the very first in Canada, and is the result of Liuyishou’s long term endeavor being the leader and innovator of hot pot and Chinese cuisine in North America.
