Mission Hill Family Estate Winery Celebrate Love Valentine’s Dinner

Celebrate Love Valentine’s Dinner

Enjoy a complete evening to love with those you love. Mission Hill Family Estate’s Valentine’s celebration starts with welcome wine under the stars and flows into an elegant welcome reception. Then share a 4 course wine-paired menu of the ultimate in Canadian gourmet cuisine prepared with classic French finesse by Chef Patrick Gayler and our estate culinary brigade.

Nothing says “love” like fine wine and delicious food shared in a memorable setting with perfect ease. For two Valentine’s evenings this February, Mission Hill Family Estate is pulling out all the stops to help you celebrate with the person, or people, you appreciate most.

Whether you plan it as a special date night, a couples’ get-together, or part of an entire Okanagan Valley weekend away, we’ve taken care of every dinner detail. Your elegant experience begins the moment you arrive, with welcome wine under the stars at the dramatic Keystone Archway.

Next, we escort you to the Visitor’s Hall for a pre-dinner reception, featuring sustainable Fraser River caviar . Then you are seated in the Chagall Room for a decadent 5-course wine-paired dinner, culminating in the rare opportunity to enjoy our 2012 Oculus large format, followed by a special dessert collaboration with Karat Chocolate Founder and Chef Julian Helman.

While you enjoy this celebration of Canadian cuisine prepared with classic French flair, live piano music and a glowing fireplace set the mood.

The finishing touch? A bottle of Exhilaration Brut and another treat from Karat Chocolate for you to take home.

Our Story

In 1981, the Okanagan was largely undiscovered as a wine region, instead it was renowned for the quality of its stonefruit orchards. Grape growers were just beginning to take risks, planting vines in unproven terrain.

Despite these risks, the glacier-formed valley offered varying soil profiles, long, hot growing days, and diverse microclimates. These distinct subregions posed an opportunity to cultivate wine with unmistakable terroir. This potential inspired Mission Hill Family Estate’s vision for the future of Okanagan wine.

Now, after being recognized as Canada’s only five-time winner of Winery of the Year and receiving multiple best varietal awards on the international stage, we continue to draw inspiration from the valley and the vineyards we tend to. For us, the journey is just beginning.

Exhilaration Brut

100% Chardonnay, this wine is beautifully bright with crisp green apple, white peach, and fresh pear, all complimented with a bright acidity.⠀

Available at our Wine Boutique, or online.
