Negroni Week, the annual celebration of one of the world’s iconic cocktails, returns for its 10th year in 2022 from September 12th to 18th to shine the spotlight on this perfectly balanced drink while raising money for great causes–over $3 million and counting so far!
Freehouse Collective is proud to have been part of Negroni Week since the outset and is pleased to once again be taking part across all its venues. Along with featuring Negronis through the week and donating a portion from every sale to this year’s charitable partner Slow Food, Freehouse Collective has already made a donation to Slow Food which is creating a global movement to save local cuisines and ensure access to “good, clean, and fair food.”
The Negroni’s simple three-ingredient recipe (Campari, sweet vermouth, gin) gives it a balance of fruity, summer sweetness with the bitter, herbaceous flavours of fall.
