Announcing 2 New Releases
We are delighted to share that we have just released 2 new vintages of wine.
Meritage Reserve 2021
Handcrafted from 100% estate grown grapes from both our Dry Creek and Red Rock Vineyards, this cellar-worthy Meritage Reserve is a blend of 42% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Cabernet Franc. Frequent pump-overs and punchdowns during fermentation enhanced flavour, colour, and tannin extraction. The components were aged separetely for 15 months in 100% French oak barrels, including 50% new barrels, resulting in a full-bodied Bordeaux blend that is fruit-forward on the nose, with a smooth structure, and a long and lingering finish. 294 cases produced. Small Lot Grüner Veltliner 2023
Crafted with a very small batch of hand-picked grapes exclusively from a select block in our estate Red Rock Vineyard, this Small Lot Grüner Veltliner underwent 100% natural, cold fermentation in neutral French oak barrels. It then aged on the lees for 4 months to create an expressive and aromatic wine with a creamy mouthfeel and a long and fresh finish. Even before it’s release, this wine was a Gold Medal winner. It received Gold and 92 points in the 2024 National Wine Awards of Canada. 120 cases produced. More info here.
Platinum Award
Chardonnay Reserve White Gold 2022
We are also thrilled to announce that our Chardonnay Reserve White Gold 2022 won Platinum at the 2024 Great Northwest Platinum Awards. This annual wine competition is open to gold medal-winning wines of the Pacific Northwest. This year is the 25th Annual Platinum Competition – The Best of the Best in the Northwest. Gold medal winning wines from wineries in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and British Columbia were invited to participate in this special competition. We are so honoured to add this Platinum award to this already award-winning wine. 370 cases produced. More info here.
