Good Thief steals your heart with a flavour
adventure in bygone Saigon.

About this Visa Infinite Dining Series Experience

Good Thief is a chic, modern, cocktail-forward Vietnamese restaurant from the team at beloved Anh and Chi. But memories of a luxurious past are never far away. This dinner commemorates “bygone Saigon,” where the food is bright and flavourful, the décor stylish and fun, and the elevated cocktails crafted by bar star Ben Kingstone take you on a flavour journey around Southeast Asia (the pho-flavoured one is truly a game-changer. Chef Jonathan Lee’s menu features inventive dishes that nod to Vietnamese tradition but are not beholden to it—think crispy frog legs glazed in fish sauce or halibut in a dill and turmeric soubise. Joining him for this exceptional evening, paired with mouthwatering Woodford Reserve cocktails, is Chef Kevin Tien of Washington DC’s acclaimed Moon Rabbit. Since opening last summer, Good Thief has been the place to be in Vancouver, and this dinner shows cardholders exactly why.
