The Easter Brunch Buffet returns to Glowbal on Sunday, April 20th, priced at $85 per person and $35 for kids 12 and under. Reservations are highly recommended for this feast, featuring an Oyster Bar with chilled seafood, snow crab legs, tuna, prawn cocktails, and smoked salmon. Enjoy chef-attended stations with prime beef striploin, made-to-order omelettes, and porchetta, along with spicy salmon poke, prawn or vegetable tempura, and cold options like charcuterie, fresh fruit, and salads. Hot dishes include turkey eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, chicken wings, miso-glazed salmon, crispy Brussels sprouts, and Belgium waffles. Pasta options include prawns and squash ravioli, truffle spaghetti, and meatballs. For dessert, enjoy Easter macarons, pecan tarts, carrot cake, cheesecake, and mango pudding.

This Easter weekend, Lavantine Rooftop Restaurant & Skybar is offering a special Easter feature menu, crafted by Chef Daniel Kenney, perfect for gathering with friends and family.
