It’s almost here! Join us at one of BC’s most beloved food events as we celebrate the start of Spot Prawn season with the chefs, fishers, and community that make it all possible.
By attending, you’ll be helping to fund education, mentorship, and sustainability initiatives for BC’s food community — and supporting the people behind our local waters and kitchens.

Buy live spot prawns straight from local fishers, watch interactive cooking demos, and browse our bustling marketplace.
Sip and Snack:
Warm up with a cup of Spot Prawn Bisque + a fresh bun for just $10 (8 oz).
Brunch Like a Local:
Join us for our popular Spot Prawn Brunch — a stand-up, grazing-style tasting event featuring 6 incredible spot prawn dishes crafted by top BC chefs.
(19+ only, no pets.) Tickets: $79 per person

The Chefs’ Table Society of B.C. extends our heartfelt condolences to our Filipino Chef Family and the entire Filipino community in the wake of the heartbreaking tragedy at the Lapu Lapu Festival. Our thoughts are with the families and individuals affected during this incredibly difficult time.
We are also deeply proud of the compassion and leadership shown by Chef TJ Conwi and the many incredible Filipino chefs who we met at COOKSCAMP, who have come together to launch the Meal Train program to support those impacted. This initiative is a powerful reminder of the strength, unity, and generosity that define our culinary community. We stand in solidarity with you.
The Vancouver Filipino Chef community has organized a meal train to provide ready to go meals for those affected by the incident at the Lapu Lapu Festival. If you or someone you know can benefit from a meal train please fill out the form. One of our organizers will contact you afterwards for support.
