Provence Marinaside Pops the Corks
at Exclusive Champagne Brunch
POP! – the iconic sound of a champagne cork leaving the bottle followed by the soft fizz as the wine is poured are the sounds of celebration. On Sunday, September 21, join Provence Marinaside for an exclusive brunch in celebration of Grower Champagne with special guest Madelaine Russell of That’s Life Gourmet.
Limited to only 14 seats, this elegant brunch is priced at $500 per person and includes a luxurious seven-course brunch accompanied by a thoughtfully curated pairing of Grower Champagnes.
“Grower Champagne, or as the French call it Récoltant Manipulant, is a sparkling wine produced by the same individual or family who owns the vineyards and grows the grapes. Unlike larger Champagne houses that source grapes from multiple growers, Grower Champagne emphasizes the terroir and unique characteristics of a specific vineyard,” says Joshua Carlson, Provence Marinaside’s Wine Director. “This event, part of our Cellar Series, will feature seven very unique Grower Champagnes that we’ve brought in especially for this event.”
Carlson, along with Provence Marinaside Executive Chef/Owner Jean-Francis Quaglia and Chef Mohit Chauhan, thoughtfully designed the individual courses to complement the unique characteristics of each champagne. During the brunch Ms. Russell, a respected authority in Grower Champagnes, will guide guests through each of the pairings.
Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to experience some magnificent Grower Champagnes and refined cuisine with a small company of like-minded enthusiasts in the private TWB setting of Provence Marinaside. Think of this event as your own private luxury tour of the vineyards of Champagne without the challenges of air travel.
