New Menu Now Available at MICHELIN-Recommended Destination Includes Bounty of Seafood Standouts, Signature Cocktails, and More

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market is warming up the fall and winter with a new menu of contemporary West Coast seafood-focused fare and cocktail creations now available at the MICHELIN Guide-recommended downtown hotspot (762 Cambie Street).

The tide-to-table Stadium District destination — which recently earned its fourth consecutive Recommended Status from the prestigious MICHELIN Guide — showcases the amazing bounty available throughout the Pacific Northwest in dishes that include Vongole (geoduck, Manila clams, white wine, garlic, chili, parsley), Octopus (Patatas bravas, aioli, chimichurri, frisee), Tartare (BC albacore tuna, Asian pear, avocado mayo, ginger citrus vinaigrette, trout roe, wonton chips), West Coast Bisque (spot prawn, Dungeness crab, pink scallops, fennel, chives, focaccia), and more.

Vongole

Fanny Bay Fried Rice
Dungeness crab meat, hand-peeled shrimp, pink scallops, cilantro, scallion, unagi sauce

West Coast Bisque

Grilled Octopus

At the bar, the Fanny Bay team will shake things up with new features that include Oyster Shooters like the signature Fanny Bay (Forty Creek rye, house Caesar mix), Mariscos (Serrano-infused tequila, lime), and Gold Rush (chilled gold Iceberg vodka, 1g caviar topper), as well as the Green Squall Mule (Ketel One vodka, lime, ginger beer, wasabi ginger foam), White Kelp Negroni (bull kelp & cucumber-infused gin, Lillet blanc, Luxardo bitter bianco), and more. The BC Sour has also been added as a refreshing cocktail highlight.

Fanny Bay also recently introduced new weekday menu features that include All-Night Happy Hour Mondays; Taco and Oysters Tuesdays, showcasing a rotating Fish Taco feature for $16 each, alongside Happy Hour and premium oysters for $2–$2.75 each all night; Wine Wednesdays, offering 50% off a rotating selection of bottles of red, white, rosé, and sparkling; and Champagne & Caviar Thursdays, featuring world-class caviar, fried oysters, ‘caviar bumps,’ and Champagne and Prosecco specials.
