Domaines Ott* Featured in Next Cellar Series Dinner
at Provence Marinaside

Join Provence Marinaside on Sunday April 5th for a rare opportunity to explore the exceptional wines of France’s Domaines Ott* in the restaurant’s second Cellar Series Dinner of 2026 featuring special guest Global Brand Ambassador Christophe Coppola Renard.

Since 1896, four generations of the Ott family have been producing renowned wines on their three estates in Provence – Château de Selle and Clos Mireille produce AOC Côtes de Provence wines, while Château Romassan produces AOC Bandol wines. Sustainable, organic winegrowing and winemaking practices have always been utilized on the estates. In keeping with an ethos based on craftsmanship and a bespoke approach, the family uses biodynamic-inspired practices that go well beyond the required specifications. In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined the Roederer Collection group, alongside other illustrious independent companies.

From the first pour to the final mignardise, this Provence-inspired evening is built around coastal freshness, vivid aromatics, and the unmistakable refinement that has made Domaines Ott* a benchmark for rosé, and much more.

Wines being poured at the dinner include NV Louis Roederer Collection 243, 2019 Château Romassan Rouge – Domaines Ott*, 2022 Clos Mireille Blanc – Domaines Ott*, 2022 Étoile Rosé – Domaines Ott*, 2024 By Ott* Rosé – Domaines Ott*, and 2024 Château de Selle Rosé – Domaines Ott*.

“It is an honour for me and my brigade to design this dinner,” says Provence Marinaside’s Owner/Chef Jean Francis Quaglia. “As someone raised in Provence, I have always admired and appreciated the wines produced by Domaines Ott* and I could not be more excited to present a dinner to showcase them.”

“As a wine director, I’m always looking to partner with producers who embody both heritage and precision, and Domaine Ott* represents the pinnacle of Provençal winemaking. Their commitment to expressing terroir — from the limestone-rich soils of Château de Selle to the maritime influence at Clos Mireille — results in wines of remarkable elegance, structure, and age-worthiness,” comments Provence’s Wine Director Joshua Carlson. “For this upcoming wine dinner, I want our guests to experience rosé and Mediterranean varietals at their most refined, and Domaine Ott*’s portfolio offers the perfect balance of history, craftsmanship, and unmistakable sense of place.”

Wine lovers will not want to miss this extraordinary opportunity to experience the flavours and terroir of Provence. Only 14 seats, priced at $275 per person (exclusive of tax, fees, and gratuity) are available for this intimate long-table dinner.
