Grand Thanksgiving Gatherings: Parq Casino Restaurants

Parq Casino dining hotspots Honey Salt and The Victor will help guests gather around the table with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving both at home and at the Downtown Vancouver destination (39 Smithe St.) with Thanksgiving-themed features October 10th to 12th.

Honey Salt will feature a three-course festive dinner from Sat., Oct. 10 to Mon., Oct. 12th for $48 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes a choice of for-the-table Appetizers (Skillet Cornbread with thyme, honey butter and sea saltor Brussels Sprouts & Kale Salad with Gala apple, pumpkin seeds, crispy bacon and maple-Dijon dressing), an Entrée of Rossdown Farms Herb-Roasted Turkey (sourdough stuffing, broccolini, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pan gravy), and Dessert of Pumpkin Pie (butter crust, vanilla whipped cream).

Honey Salt will also help holiday hosts spend more time with friends and family and step away from the stove by offering its annual Thanksgiving Dinner to Gopackages. Prepared fresh and packaged for pickup Oct. 10th to 12th, the festive take-home feast features a Herb-Roasted Rossdown Farms Turkey with pan gravy and cranberry sauce, sides including Sourdough Stuffing, Maple Glazed Carrots, Grilled Broccolini, Mashed Potatoes, Butter Rolls, Brussels Sprouts & Kale Salad with Dijon Dressing and a 10” Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream for dessert.

Upstairs on the sixth floor at The Victor, the acclaimed steakhouse will host a Grand Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet on Sun., Oct. 11th and Thanksgiving Dinner-Themed Features nightly from Sat., Oct. 10th through Mon., Oct. 12th.

The nightly à-la-carte fresh sheet features dishes that evoke the rich flavours of fall such as Butternut Squash Cannelloni (burrata gratin, pecan gremolata, crispy sage), Roasted Rossdown Farms Free-Range Turkey (white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy),12oz Northern Gold Prime Rib (slow-roasted, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, au jus), Maple Pecan Crunch Cake (maple caramel mousse, pecan crunch, pumpkin spiced gelato) and more. On Sun., Oct. 11th, the Grand Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet takes centre stage at The Victor starting at 9:30 a.m. and is available for $90 per adult plus tax and gratuity, $45 for children from 4-10 years old and free for kids under three. The menu showcases a range of traditional and West Coast contemporary brunch features such as Fresh Sushi and Seafood, an Eggs-Your-Way and Carving Stations with Free-Range Turkey, Prime Rib and Honey Roasted Ham and an irresistible selection of desserts and treats including The Victor’s famous Candy and Sundae Bars.
