Richmond’s Club Versante Extends Dine Out Vancouver Options
Choose from lunch, dinner and even an overnight stay to round out your dining adventure
The legendary annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival isn’t just for Vancouver anymore. For a second year, Richmond’s luxury boutique hotel and lifestyle club offer a chance to sample the elevated West Coast cuisine of Bruno and the Japanese-inspired bites at Cask Whisky Vault. Specially priced menus, offered from January 17 to February 4 — plus the option to create a staycation through an overnight visit — make these premium experiences more accessible than ever before.
Bruno 3-Course Lunch
Lean into coastal goodness at midday, with a choice of Bruno Seafood Chowder or Kale Grain Salad to start. Main courses include either a Bruno Bacon Cheeseburger (complete with fries and Calabrian chili aioli), or mouth-watering Saffron Shellfish Tagliatelle or Kabocha Squash Risotto. End the meal with Rustic Tiramisu, dusted with cocoa and topped with chocolate shavings.
