New Year, New Flavours at QBC
We’re partnering with out neighbours at Little Qualicum Cheeseworks to bring you this tableside fire experience: The Little Qualicum Feta Saganaki! This new dish is an elevated Greek appetizer featuring Little Qualicum Feta (high-quality, salty cheese) that has been pan-fried to create a crispy crust and a warm, soft interior. It is served with a side of chewy focaccia, perfect for scooping up the warm cheese and flavourful juices!
The Little Qualicum Feta Saganaki offers a balance of salty, sweet, acidic, and aromatic flavours.
