Our second annual Gastown Classics takes over L’Abattoir during Vancouver Cocktail Week on Monday, March 2nd from 7pm.
For one highly-anticipated evening, the entire restaurant is dedicated to cocktails, featuring activations throughout the space in partnership with Fords Gin and Maison Perrier. The dining room and bar come alive as the setting for a cocktail-forward experience.
We’re thrilled to welcome Robyn Gray, Adam Domet, Ron Oliver, Emmet Groves, Satoshi Yonemori, Amanda MacMullin, and Conner Joseph, joined this year by H from XXX in Toronto, for one lively night of cocktails and collaboration.
