CHEERS TO 16 YEARS
This year, L’Abattoir celebrates 16 years in the heart of Gastown.
Since opening in July 2010, the restaurant has grown into one of Vancouver’s most enduring dining destinations, shaped by our historic setting, French-influenced West Coast cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, one of the city’s most celebrated bars, and an award-winning wine program.
Over the years, L’Abattoir has had the privilege of welcoming guests for first dates, anniversaries, business dinners, birthdays, weddings, private celebrations, cocktails at the bar, tasting menus, and countless memorable evenings. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of that story.
Sixteen years is a milestone we are proud of, but more than anything, it is a reminder of the people who make L’Abattoir what it is: our guests, our team, our suppliers, and the Vancouver community that has supported us since the beginning.
