Italian Kitchen Pasta Class

October 17 & November 14 | 2–5pm
$165 per person + tax and gratuity

Spend up to two hours learning how to make potato gnocchi, ravioli du dauphine and your choice of fettuccine or spaghetti, followed by an exclusive dining experience featuring a Pasta Tower showcasing the pastas made during the class.

The experience also includes Mionetto Prosecco or a non-alcoholic cocktail, a glass of red or white wine with dinner, plus an Italian Kitchen-branded apron and pasta cutter wheel.

 

Fanny Bay Oyster Master Class

For seafood lovers, Fanny Bay Oyster Bar’s Oyster Master Class is a chance to learn the art of shucking from the experts in an intimate 14-person setting.

Held in the private Kelp Room, the evening includes a Sea’cuterie board, grilled oyster starters, welcome beverage, beverage pairing, oyster tasting and 12 oysters to practise shucking, with gloves and an oyster knife to take home.

Each course tells a story, from the comforting warmth of samgye tang to the familiar flavours of galbi and the playful sweetness of traditional Korean treats, offering guests a taste of the memories and experiences that have shaped his culinary journey.

Gather your crew for a special Halloween edition of D/6’s Cocktail Masterclass. Guided by expert mixologists, you will mix, muddle, and shake your way through three Halloween-inspired signature cocktails while enjoying each creation paired with a Halloween-themed canapé.  Over this immersive experience, you will learn professional techniques, discover the secrets behind each cocktail and receive recipes to recreate them at home.

The Victor is introducing its Royal Chilled Seafood Platter ($90), a seafood spread featuring East and West Coast oysters, jumbo prawns, Nobu-style hamachi, Gringo salmon aburi skewers, bluefin tuna tartare and taro chips. Guests can also enjoy Victor’s Tower Hour, featuring a selection of beverage pairings, including Goose Tiny Tinis for two ($18), Mionetto Piccolo sparkling wine ($18) and ONM Sparkling Junmai Sake ($39), offering the perfect accompaniment to a seafood experience.

B House is bringing back a longtime guest favourite this October: Firecracker Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp, featuring lobster stock, chilli garlic butter, fresh herbs and tomato, served with baguette bread. Also on the menu is Ebiyaki, featuring buttermilk-crispy black tiger shrimp seasoned with Cajun spice, katsu sauce, wasabi aioli, tobiko and nori. Guests can continue to enjoy the popular pho dip and spicy peanut butter beef soup. B House is also offering happy hour specials, including $5 beer and house wine, plus 10% off the regular food menu, making it a great spot for after-work drinks and bites.
