It’s almost that time of year again! Dine Out Vancouver Festival returns for its 15th delicious year–from January 2 to February 5, 2017–with custom menus from JuniperChambar and Mamie Taylor’s.

Juniper’s three-course Dine Out menu ($40*) highlights the restaurant’s Pacific Northwest theme, introducing completely new, terroir-focused dishes such as BC Elk Tartar, local Bison Short Rib and Ocean Wise Albacore Tuna with Nori Emulsion. End your evening with Juniper’s new Chocolate Charcuterie board for two.

This year, Chambar’s three-course Dine Out menu ($40*) brings back favourite dishes such as the Foie de Canard “Villa Lorraine” and the restaurant’s signature Moules Frites ‘Vin Blanc’ and ‘Congolaise.’ Diners can also look forward to discovering new features, including Bison Fumé, Pot au Feu de Poisson, the vegetarian Pastilla and a decadent Chocolat Tropicale dessert.

Mamie’s Low Country Pig Roast is a Southern-inspired, three-course longtable dinner ($55.35*) taking place on Tuesday, January 31 beginning at 6:30pm.

Start off with a custom welcome cocktail and a family-style spread of warm country biscuits and homemade pickles before moving into a main course of Roasted Whole Suckling Pig served with house-made Baton Rouge hot sauce and all the fixins. End your night with Baked Apple Pie and Whiskey Pudding.
