Bittered Sling will go to the head of the class this January when the internationally-acclaimed artisanal bitters maker headlines a series of master classes on spirits, and co-hosts a special Robbie Burns Pop-Up Dinner during the 2016 edition of the annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival from Jan. 15 to 31, 2016.
As part of the festival’s 17-day celebration of food and drink, Bittered Sling co-proprietor Lauren Mote will lead five interactive master classes at UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar in which guests will sample artisanal cocktails paired with small plates. The brand will also bring back their ever-popular Bittered Sling Bistro for an exclusive, one-night-only Robbie Burns Pop-up Dinner at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, along with chef and co-founder Jonathan Chovancek and YEW seafood + bar executive chef Ned Bell.
