Ring in the New Year at Squamish’s Newest Dining Experience by Taking Part in One of Two Exclusive Services Featuring Complimentary Welcome Cocktail

The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar is inviting merrymakers and revelers to ring in 2017 in fine style by taking part in one of two exclusive New Year’s Eve services available at the new Squamish restaurant on Saturday, Dec. 31.

The first seating for The Salted Vine’s New Year’s Eve celebration begins at 5:30 p.m. and features a four-course menu for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity, while the second seating begins at 8 p.m. with a five-course menu for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity. Both seatings include a welcome cocktail to kick off the festivities courtesy of Bar Manager Dave Warren.

Launched in September 2016 in the heart of historic downtown Squamish, The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar is a collaboration between Executive Chef Jeff Park and Restaurant Director/Sommelier Pat Allan, industry veterans and longtime colleagues at Whistler’s award-winning Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar. The Salted Vine offers a seasonal, locally sourced menu of contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine in a modern-country farmhouse setting that pays homage to the pioneering spirit of the town’s earliest incarnation as a railway terminus and logging outpost.

“We’re excited to ring in 2017 with our friends and family at The Salted Vine for the first time,” says Park. “Not only are we offering guests a special venue in Squamish to celebrate the new year, but we’ll be showcasing some new dishes to mark the occasion.”
