Just In: Create the Pizza of Your Dreams at Tulalip Resort Casino

Blazing Paddles Stone Fired Pizza + Artisan Signature Dough Meets Endless Flavor Possibilities

The culinary team at Tulalip Resort Casino has been hard at work creating a new dining destination, Blazing Paddles Stone Fired Pizza and Spirits, which will open during July. Their stone fired signature dough can be created to each guest’s desire with over 50 delicious toppings, appropriately invoking the tagline, “Go ahead, top this.” How will you craft your masterpiece?

From the chef designed menu, guests can get fired up for the roasted garlic, mozzarella-provolone bubbly goodness with the Cheesy Garlic Breadstick Pizza or try The Ultimate Meat Treat with house red sauce, spicy sausage, pepperoni, romano meatballs, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan cheese, and fresh picked oregano. The Salmonator is a roasted garlic white sauce pizza with Blackfish’s smoked salmon, hot and spicy Mama Lil’s peppers, pesto, and peppery arugula. Craving a little Italian Stallion action? Go for it! Meat and cheese lovers have selections especially picked for them, while rich, earthy, uncomplicated flavors blend to create the perfect Hungry Roman.

“Blazing Paddles boasts an unrivaled artisan pizza experience,” states Lisa Severn, Food and Beverage Director. “If you’re hoping for an honest slice of pizza with fresh ingredients and the ability to make it exactly as you prefer, you simply have to try our Blazing Paddles Stone Fired Pizza. The pizzas are baked in an 800 degree brick oven, getting it back in the guest’s hands in no time, so they can get back in the game.”

Salad aficionados are digging their forks into the diced BBQ Chicken Ranch concoction served with blue cheese crumbles, fresh vegetables, and Blazing Paddles’ signature garlic croutons. Things are heating up with the pepper jack cheese and sliced jalapeño inspired Chicken Ole’ Salad. House balsamic honey vinaigrette, dried cranberries, walnuts, and arugula accompany the Blackfish Smoked Salmon Salad. If you’re feeling creative, then let your inner-artisan out and design your own salad with endless possibilities to meet your flavor profile.

The dessert selection at Blazing Paddles includes a Cinnalicious Dessert Pizza, a hazelnut enshrined Ultimate Brownie or house-made Spumoni Cookie. These sugary-sweet delectables should never be underestimated.

During the Blazing Paddles design process, Executive Chef Perry Mascitti asked the design team to incorporate his version of the “Ten Commandments of Pizza” into the decor—so they did. They took his commandments and placed them right next to where guests place their pizza orders, starting off with “Thou Shalt Be The Boss Of Thine Own Pizza.” And since pizza is a social, sharing meal, Tulalip also decided to include a #goaheadtopthis social media selfie moment by hiring world-renowned interactive artist Kelsie Montague to create a very special wall mural. Montague’s murals specifically invite people into a piece and encourage them to share their experience online. She believes that art should not be separated from the human experience. Instead the human experience should have a hand in creating the art itself.
