Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar
Executive Chef Quang Dang and his award-winning brigade invite guests both near and far for a quintessential Whistler experience. Multi-course festive lunch and dinner menus are offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Cozy up to the bar and spread some holiday cheer at Whistler’s Bar Oso for a delicious selection of Spanish-influenced small plates and handcrafted cocktails to share and savour. Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos’ delicious tapas are perfect for a celebratory gathering to toast the season.

Il Caminetto
Executive Chef James Walt debuts the first edition of Il Caminetto’s highly anticipated menu as it officially opens for the holidays. Come join us and enjoy a truly Italian celebration of food and wine.

Blue Water Cafe
Just for the holidays, Blue Water Cafe opens its doors to welcome guests for a seasonal lunch from December 7th to 22nd, Mondays through Fridays. Sip and savour festive cocktails and enjoy Executive Chef Frank Pabst’s spectacular array of seafood specialities.Blue Water Cafe will be closed on December 24th and the 25th.

CinCin Ristorante + Bar
Starting December 1st until the 22nd, Mondays through Fridays, Executive Chef Andrew Richardson invites guests to join CinCin for its annual holiday lunches. Group reservations for large parties can be customized with specialized menus ­­— a terrific way to treat clients and friends!Closed December 24th to 25th and January 1st, CinCin will be reopening on December 26th and January 2nd following the holidays at 4:30 pm for regular dinner service.

West Restaurant + Bar
It’s West for the holidays! Let Executive Chef Bobby Milheron add a little festive flair to your culinary adventures amidst the hustle and bustle of South Granville. Delightfully delicious for brunch, lunch, and dinner, step inside for some culinary respite from winter with our $45 three-course Holiday Tasting Lunch menuand a la carte options. For dinner, share a bite with family and friends over a decadent $125 Holiday Tasting menu, a Pre-Theatre Prix Fixe menu, or even just a drink at our intimate bar.West will be open for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with special Prix Fixe Seasonal Tasting menus. They will be closed for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and will be reopening the following day at 5:30 pm for dinner and 11:30 am for lunch, respectively.Thierry Cafe
Closed Christmas Day, Thierry will be open December 24th (8 am to 5 pm), December 26th(8 am to midnight), December 27 to 30th (7 am to 12 am), and December 31st (8 am to 10 pm). Thierry will return to regular hours on New Year’s Day.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

The countdown begins! Usher in the New Year with a resolution to dine out with Toptable Group. Celebrate in real time with Whistler Village festivities as you savour Araxi’s Prix Fixe Tasting menu for a memorable evening of food, wine, and good cheer. If you’re game for a more relaxed gathering with family and friends, ring in the New Year with Bar Oso and make it a Spanish affair. In Vancouver, West Restaurant’s $125 five-course Tasting menus are sure to please while Blue Water Cafe and CinCin offer a la carte menus with special holiday additions for early-dinner seatings. For all the party-revellers, choose a late seating with live DJ entertainment and a sparkling glass of bubbles as the clock counts down at Blue Water Cafe ($60) and CinCin Ristorante ($50).

Host the perfect holiday party with private dining room options, with capacities from groups of 10 to 200 corporate colleagues, family members, and friends, from Araxi Restaurant and The Cellar by Araxi, Blue Water Cafe and CinCin Ristorante.  The Cellar by Araxi features a unique Chef’s Table and show kitchen for interactive chef demonstrations as well as state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
