H2 Rotisserie & Bar at The Westin Bayshore Vancouver is a perfect complement to summer. And now, H2 introduces a variety of new dishes inspired by the season. Bursting with bright colours, flavours and aromas, they join H2’s acclaimed menu mainstays as well as its beverage program of BC-made beer, wine and spirits.

New Summer Menu
Highlights from H2’s fresh new menu include: deep fried pickles served with chili aioli; prosciutto and grilled radicchio with raspberries; seared local albacore tuna with avocado and heirloom tomato; roasted eggplant and chickpea harissa, served with fingerling potatoes and mint-cumin yogurt; sumac grilled salmon with roasted cauliflower, grilled asparagus, and seared herb polenta and dill beurre blanc; and, for dessert, a selection to satisfy any sweet tooth, including the Eton Mess, featuring meringue pieces, house-made lemon curd, fruit compote and chantilly cream topped with fresh berries. Don’t forget a campfire-inspired favourite, with the table-side torched s’mores skillet, featuring toasted marshmallows, liquefied milk chocolate and melt-in-your-mouth graham crackers for scooping.

Picnic in the Park
You needn’t go to the fuss of packing your own picnic before venturing into the great outdoors. H2’s own picnic basket includes everything you need — including the basket! Inside you’ll find a whole rotisserie Maple Hill Farms chicken (organic and free range, seasoned with H2’s own spice blend) with gluten-free chicken gravy; Sunshine Coast Salad with organic local greens and Little Qualicum Bay Cheeseworks goat cheese in a strawberry vinaigrette; coleslaw; house-fried potato chips; house-baked rolls; and sparkling water. Sunday Supper Series
Every Sunday year-round, leave the cooking to H2 and enjoy a three-course chicken dinner with all the fixings. The menu includes: warm olive bread; H2’s famed house rotisserie Maple Hill Farms chicken with mashed potato, grilled asparagus, honey roasted carrots, mini challah bun and gluten-free chicken gravy; and, for dessert, a choice of Eton Mess, chocolate peanut-butter bar, New York-style cheesecake, s’mores skillet or apple-peach crumble. $31 per person (two-person minimum).
