Tofino Chef Paul Moran Competes on Food Network Canada’s Top Chef Canada

At Tofino Resort + Marina, we’ve always known chef Paul Moran as a culinary force to be reckoned with. That’s why we put him in charge of our very own 1909 Kitchen, where he creates some of Tofino’s freshest and most celebrated fare. The rest of Canada will now have a chance to witness Moran’s talents in the kitchen as he will appear as a competitor on Food Network Canada’s Top Chef Canada.

Moran is a master in the kitchen, inventing an ingredient-driven menu at 1909 Kitchen that is sourced and foraged from Tofino’s oceans, shoreline and forests. On Top Chef Canada, Moran will be challenged alongside some of Canada’s most exciting chefs. Want to cheer on Moran as he strives to be the best in the country? Please tune in Mondays at 7 p.m. PST on Food Network Canada beginning April 1.
