Wentworth Hospitality’s flagship restaurant, Tableau Bar Bistro, is celebrating Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 12) in high style with a series of brunch and dinner specials in addition to their regular menu.
Chef Catherine Stewart has added four French-themed specials to the popular Coal Harbour restaurant’s brunch and dinner menus:
Grilled asparagus, Comté cheese, poached hen’s egg, brioche
Hand peeled shrimp croissant tartine, avocado, spring greens, sunny side egg
Haida Gwaii halibut, grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms, sauce vierge
Caramelized scallops and poached Salt Spring Island mussels, spring pea
farrotto, charred scallion beurre blanc
All specials will be available on Sunday, May 12 in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.
Mother’s Day reservations are recommended and can be made through each restaurant’s website.
