White peach, nectarine, lemon, almond, and ginger team up to form a complex aroma to go along with the medium-high acidity and lemon/ginger finish on the palate.
Food Pairing
This versatile wine goes well with a variety of foods or on its own! Try it with oven roasted chicken with lemon and roasted potatoes. Also great with orange and ginger marinated BC Salmon with a bean salad. This wine is a great choice when paired with hot wings. Try with the following cheeses: Swiss, Chevre, Cheddar and Gouda.
