We’re once again inviting guests to join us for the 18th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival, which takes culinary centre stage in the city from Friday, January 17 until Sunday, February 2.
During the festival, we’re offering an exclusive three-course set menu with choices such as albacore tuna (white navy bean, compressed celery, tonnato parsley, za’atar crisp), ling cod (sunchoke curry, fermented rutabaga, braised hazelnuts), and house made rigatoni (caramelized cauliflower and cashew fondue preserved lemon, calabrian chili sofrito) for $45 plus tax and gratuity.
