2018 WHITE MERLOT

A perennial favourite, our White Merlot is made from early picked merlot grapes, immediately pressed off skins for the barest hint of pink and then cool fermented at 14-16 C. The finished merlot rosé wine was then blended with 5% Viognier. This rosé is lively and bright with notes of fresh thyme, cranberry, and white peaches. Fruit forward with a dry, crisp finish, our rosé is the sophisticated match for your patio experience: from jalapeño potato chips, fresh BC salad greens, or bbq BC wild salmon. 2018 GLOW ROSÉ

Malbec Rosé

Made from Malbec, with small amounts of Syrah, our 2018 Glow Rosé is complex and layered with bright flavors of Lapin cherry and wild strawberries. A long finish with slightly resinous tannins gives this wine a sophisticated style.

Glow Rosé is balanced with bright acidity and a textured mid-palate. Pair this elegant, dry wine with BBQs, white meats, shellfish, and roasted vegetables.

Brut Rosé

Tasting Notes – A lively elegant blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine has been aged on lees and blended over two vintages for complexity. The unique copper hue comes from precise Pinot Noir skin contact.

Best paired with cheese and light food.
