PLAY ESTATE WINERY & BISTRO LAUNCHES PLAY-TO-GO

Play Estate Winery & Bistro is thrilled to announce the successful launch of Play-To-Go, led by Chef Dominic DiBartolomeo. Now – more than ever – we need delicious, comforting food and great wine. Chef Dominic has drawn on his pedigreed fine dining background and Red Seal accreditation to create a refined, but approachable, menu that is truly at home on any family’s dinner table.

The Play-To-Go menu features individual portions that are freshly prepared and delivered warm to your door, including braised short rib with gnocchi and truffle as well as prawn risotto with smashed pea pesto and parmesan. Each dish is prepared fresh and from scratch by Chef Dominic, using local, seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Play is also offering complimentary delivery within the City of Penticton, taking precautions to minimize their social interactions through contactless delivery.

A graduate of the prestigious Niagara Culinary Institute, Dominic earned his Red Seal in 2008. He was most recently the Senior Sous Chef at Hawksworth Restaurant, one of Canada’s iconic restaurants. Previously, he held senior roles at Old Vines Restaurant at Quails’ Gate Estate Winery, the Terrace Restaurant at Mission Hill Family Estate, and E11even in Toronto, ON.
