Another one of our favourite BC wineries is welcoming back visitors. Located squarely in the sun belt of Oliver this #uncorkthesun member winery is so much fun to visit! Great people and excellent wines to taste in a most casual atmosphere that puts everyone at ease.
Expect to be greeted by a friendly dog as you head towards the “do you think this is the right place?” rustic tasting room or spacious, sun filled patio. You will know you’re in the right place the first sip.
Enjoy a tasting on the patio where they have room to accommodate up to 8 groups following social distancing protocal.

For a $15 tasting fee we provide an amazing selection of wines for you to try AND you will receive a beautiful logo etched Riedel Ouverture glass to take home with you. Tastings usually take about 30 minutes with time allotted between appointments to ensure tastings can start at appropriate times for social distancing.

Fairview Cellars is the culmination of a life long quest of Bill Eggert’s to own and operate his own winery.
The 10 acre property located adjacent to the first green of the Fairview Mountain Golf Course was purchased by Bill in 1989. After development of the water system the vineyard was started in 1993. The first commercial vintage was produced from the 1997 crop. Half the property was planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Franc and Merlot were planted in equal parts to fill out the property. One row of Syrah and one row of Petit Verdot were added later, and Sauvignon Blanc was planted on a lower terraced bench close to the first green in 2007.
