Soak up the sun on Nightingale’s outdoor patio

Nightingale is excited to celebrate summer with the launch of its first-ever outdoor patio seating! Positioned between the MNP and Guinness Tower, 27 spots have been added for you to enjoy Nightingale’s full menu while taking in the sunshine and ocean breeze.

Another first for Nightingale is brunch with weekend delights including: mushrooms on toast ($16) with soft scrambled eggs, and truffle pecorino; breakfast pizza ($18) with bacon, fingerling potatoes, free-range egg, mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato; fried chicken sandwich ($18) with gochujang glaze, pickled carrots, cabbage slaw; and much more! With that, our new summer menu features seasonal dishes such as the tomato salad ($18) with heirloom tomatoes, cherries, burrata, pickled celery, and red wine vinaigrette; grilled octopus ($21) with a kohlrabi tzatziki, crispy chickpea, guajillo, and pickled jalapeno; and the returning mortadella pizza ($19)flavoured with pistachio, rosemary and honey. For something sweet, indulge in a roasted strawberry verrine ($12) with white chocolate mascarpone, and lemon verbena.

Don’t forget that Nightingale is also available for take-out and delivery for you to enjoy at home.
