How do we up our game for the long weekend?
For this one we go tropical with sorbet of pineapple, passionfruit, papaya or mango! Perfecto! For best results use a melon ball spoon and make just small Sorbet balls to either put in the glass, or add after your pour, Garnish with a fruit slice.

Our favourite place to buy our Sorbetto is from Uno Gelato (two locations: Kits and VCC) we suggest: Yuzu Citrus (lemon, mandarin orange, grapefruit, and lemon zest) or Passion Fruit (passion fruit from Colombia) or Mango Tango (Ataúlfo Mango from Mexico) or Lemon Sorbetto (made from fresh squeezed California lemons) or Raspberry Sorbetto (naturally sweet and tart and made with fresh, local raspberries from the Fraser Valley).
