New Menus + Seasonal Ingredients Now Available 7 Days a Week
Join us for a taste of Naramata at lunch and dinner every day of the week
It’s officially summer and we are ready to wine and dine you, your family, and all of your friends every day of the week. With extended hours and brand new menus for lunch, dinner, wine, cocktails and dessert – this is what we’ve all been waiting for.
With the warmth of Okanagan sunshine, the first bites of summer are making their way to the table, and our gorgeous verandas are ready for their moment in the sun. Early summer is the season of strawberries, wild and foraged mushrooms, elderflower, rhubarb, Hakurei turnips and fresh peas.
Chef Ned and the culinary team are also incredibly excited about the Wild Seafood of the Moment feature. Fresh wild salmon is an absolute gift from Mother Nature and we are proud to serve the catch from the Barclay Sound Test Fishery, caught by Captain Brian aboard the FV Nita Maria (named after his grandmother).
Don’t miss the soon-to launch Escabeche of BC Seafood – a chilled seafood dish with white onion creme brûlée and Ocean Wise Torched Albacore Tuna with butter lettuce emulsion, fennel purée, and toasted hazelnuts. And don’t miss Chef Liz’s seasonal shortcake – first up…strawberries.
Naramata Inn is founded on a mission to showcase the best of Okanagan gastronomy, lifestyle and artisanship to the world and our commitment to local is evident in every delicious bite.
Kick off or close the evening at our lovely wine bar, Eliza
Located in the Inn’s cozy lower level, Eliza offers by-the-glass wine delights and discoveries from wine wizard, Emily Walker, and an exciting, hyper-local cocktail program from talented newcomer Nic vanBergen. A just-right menu from Chef Ned features a bright and tasty selection of light bites, cheese and charcuterie boards and some Eliza-only desserts from pastry chef Liz Stevenson perfect to whet or satisfy your appetite.
