These Hot Summer Nights!
This time of year is super busy in winery life. The tasting rooms and restaurants are full of happy visitors, and the farming side of the wineries is in full swing too. The grapes are growing quickly and filling out. Vineyard workers are thinning vines and leaves, to ensure the plants put their energy into making luscious grapes plump and ready to turn into wine this fall. The heat that we’ve been experiencing in the Okanagan Valley makes for some happy vines and beach goers. Our farmers are out in the vineyards super early to avoid the brunt of the heat. Come join them as they sit down for a well-deserved chilled glass of wine on a shaded patio.
