“In this series I will be reviewing wines shared with friends”
From time to time I am the fortunate recipient of wines sent to me for review. It is especially nice to share these wines with friends. Not only does it make for lively conversation, and often diverse opinions, but it also makes for a very enjoyable occasion. So thanks to my wine loving friends who join me from time to time for a glass of wine.
“The road to a friend’s house is never long.” This is especially true when the purpose of the visit is to discover the secrets of a new wine.
The wine I was sharing with friends is an Emiliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé Wine. Here you can read the other previously posted Wine with Friends features here.
It’s summertime and Rosé all Day is as relevant as ever!
Pay tribute to the summeriest of wines with a bottle that will delight your palate and do good for the environment. Certified organic and vegan, the Emiliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé Wine has traveled all the way from the fertile wine valleys of Chile to elevate both your aperitif and your guests’ mood!
Emiliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé
The rosé opens with lifted intense fruity aromas, primarily of strawberries and blackcurrants supported by a brilliant light pink in colour. On the palate, the wine expands bringing layers of density and energy with lively acidity and delicate texture, resulting in a refreshing and easy drinking wine with a persistent finish.
This easy-drinking rosé pairs beautifully with sushi and creamy cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
The Eniliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé was a four for four of enjoyment. Of the four of us there was unanimous agreement that the Rosé was delightfully refreshing. The first thing I noticed was the pale pink tones denoting a wine handled with care. Delicate with good acidity. The flavour palate was fruit forward with fresh strawberries and cream, followed by a mix of ripe berries. Light, without being too light, this is a wine meant to be enjoyed, especially in summer. An organic patio wine that you can be pleased to serve to friends. It is meant to be enjoyed and will enhance any occasion.
