Emiliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé

Characteristics:

The rosé opens with lifted intense fruity aromas, primarily of strawberries and blackcurrants supported by a brilliant light pink in colour. On the palate, the wine expands bringing layers of density and energy with lively acidity and delicate texture, resulting in a refreshing and easy drinking wine with a persistent finish.

Food Pairings:

This easy-drinking rosé pairs beautifully with sushi and creamy cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.

The Eniliana Adobe Reserve Organic Rosé was a four for four of enjoyment. Of the four of us there was unanimous agreement that the Rosé was delightfully refreshing. The first thing I noticed was the pale pink tones denoting a wine handled with care. Delicate with good acidity. The flavour palate was fruit forward with fresh strawberries and cream,  followed by a mix of ripe berries. Light, without being too light, this is a wine meant to be enjoyed, especially in summer. An organic patio wine that you can be pleased to serve to friends. It is meant to be enjoyed and will enhance any occasion.
