Black Hills Winemaker’s Dinner at L’Abattoir




Join L’Abattoir as they welcome Ross Wise, Winemaker and Master of Wine from Black Hills Estate Winery, for a five course wine-paired menu by Chef Lee Cooper and his culinary team in the Private Dining Room on Thursday, September 29th.

Among the wines Ross will be showcasing will be their highly sought-after Nota Bene in both the sold-out current release and a library release alongside some of his other favourites and new projects.

With the help of their Sommelier team at L’Abattoir, Chef Lee Cooper and Pastry Chef Oliver Bernardino have curated a menu to best highlight these incredible wines.

Limited tickets available for this not-to-be-missed dining experience. $195 per guest exclusive of taxes and gratuity (tickets sold in pairs)
