This August, Vancouver’s Michelin-starred St. Lawrence is celebrating its eighth anniversary with a special ‘Table Champêtre’-inspired menu, offering a nostalgic and deeply personal journey through Québécois cuisine and culture by Chef/Owner J-C Poirier.
Inspired by Québec’s farm-to-table traditions, the four-course menu showcases the best of local, seasonal ingredients and pays homage to Poirier’s culinary roots—from his early days in kitchens like Les Remparts and Toqué! to founding St. Lawrence in 2017. Dishes will highlight classic Québécois fare, personal favourites, and recipes from Poirier’s award-winning cookbook, Where The River Narrows.
