L’Abattoir is proud to take part in Destination Vancouver’s 24th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival, running January 21st  – February 8th. Join us for a thoughtfully composed three-course $70 menu, created by Executive Chef, Jasper Cruickshank and Chef de Cuisine, Baker Hsu, with optional $45 beverage pairings curated by our bar and sommelier teams. With so many incredible restaurants to explore at Canada’s largest food and drink festival, reservations are encouraged, as tables fill quickly.

UGLY DUCKLING X L’ABATTOIR

As Dine Out Vancouver Festival kicks off, we’re getting ready to welcome Chef Corbin Mathany from Victoria back to the pass for a highly anticipated collaboration dinner at L’Abattoir. Following a sold-out first event at Ugly Duckling, Chef Corbin joins Executive Chef, Jasper Cruickshank on Tuesday, January 27th in our Private Dining Room for the second chapter of this two-part series. Presented by S.Pellegrino, the evening features a collaborative tasting menu with pairings selected by Head Sommelier, Peter Van de Reep… a standout dining experience not to be missed.

Offered at select early-evening times, this $65 three-course experience features seasonal favourites from our kitchen. It’s designed as the perfect first stop on your night out, whether you’re heading to a game, a concert, or simply easing into the evening. Thoughtful, seasonal, and exceptionally well-priced!
