VIVA ITALIA: PROVISIONS ITALIANA NOW OPEN IN THE HEART
OF NORTH VANCOUVER’S BUSTLING SHIPYARDS DISTRICT

Regional Recipes, Creative Cocktails in Warm and Inviting Space
inside Boutique Seaside Hotel

Provisions Italiana, a new dining experience that conjures the rustic, authentic spirit of Italian countryside cooking, has officially opened in the heart of North Vancouver’s bustling Shipyards District, inside the boutique Seaside Hotel at 125 Victory Ship Way.

Open for Breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. and Dinner from 3 to 11 p.m., Tuesdays through Sundays, Provisions Italiana also offers twice-daily Happy Hours and Weekend Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant is built around simplicity, seasonality, respect for ingredients, and a shared spirit of hospitality that shines in a warm and intimate enclave where friends and family gather around the table.

The menu showcases Old Country recipes and market-driven cooking. Guests can enjoy vibrant, vegetable-forward small plates, fresh salads, hand-made pastas, shareable platters, and robust, crisp, flavourful Roman-style pizzas prepared in the time-honoured al taglio tradition.

Built on a light and airy house-made dough, baked in large rectangular trays and cut into square slices, Provisions Italiana’s take on the classic style showcases a crisp, caramelized crust and slightly chewy crumb. Each bite offers a contrast of tenderness and crunch, highlighting the texture and flavour of Roma tomatoes.
