New Promotions Include First Anniversary Celebrations at Lorette,
Sunday ‘Tappy Hour’ at Caramba, Prix-Fixe Spring Menus

The Paré Restaurant Group is springing forward with new features set to debut at its beloved trio of Whistler restaurants that includes French-and Québécois-inspired Lorette Brasserie (4359 Main St.), European comfort food destination Caramba (4314 Main St.) and Italian destination Quattro (4319 Main St.).

The new features are headlined by first-anniversary celebrations at Lorette that include the launch of a Breakfast Club promotion that offers guests 15% off food and $10 cocktails including Caesars, Breakfast Margaritas, Mimosas and Lorette Coffee Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. throughout the spring and summer starting on April 26th. Guests will also receive complimentary glasses of bubbly when dining at the brasserie on April 26th and April 28th through 30th exclusively to celebrate the occasion.

Lorette is also introducing a new three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $39 per person plus tax and gratuity that features a choice of Ham Hock Soup, Endive and Fuji Apples, Laitue or Ahi Tuna Tartare (+5) as a first course, Madrange White Ham, Moules Marinières, Salmon Rillettes or Beef Tartare & Bone Marrow (+18) for a second course and a third-course selection of Pan-Seared Chicken Supreme, Brown Butter Potato Gnocchi, Confit Arctic Char, Pan-Seared Branzino (+17), Beef Cheek Bourguignon (+17) or Steak Frites (+20) with les indulgences that include scallop (+10), foie gras (+22) and charred asparagus (+12) as optional add-ons.

European comfort food hotspot Caramba is extending its popular Tappy Hour food and drink feature menu to Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. The Tappy Hour features — also available weekdays from 4 to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 3 to 5 p.m. — include Braised Meatballs (rustic tomato sauce, Parmesan), $5; Ricotta Toast (Lillooet honey, crunchy sourdough, olive oil) and Pan con Tomate for $6 ea.; Sautéed Garlic Prawns with lemon herb butter and Fries with garlic aioli for $10; Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, $11; Pork Belly Bites (honey glaze, chimichurri), $12; Mussels ’Nduja (’Nduja sausage, spicy tomato broth, sourdough), $16; and Margherita (Fior di Latte, basil, olive oil), $18 and Calabrese (gorgonzola, black olives, hot honey) Pizzas for $20 each.

At the bar, Caramba’s Tappy Hour showcases Margaritas (Espolon reposado, Grant Marnier, lime) and Aperol Spritzes (Aperol, Prosecco, soda) for $12 ea. and signature Jumbo Caesars (2 beef sliders, 2 deep-fried pickles, chorizo and mozzarella) for $24 ea. as well as house wines(6oz, $8, 9oz, $12, bottle $30), signature red, white or rosé Sangria (glass, $8, pitcher $28), craft beer by the sleeve ($8) or pitcher ($22) and single and double highballs available for $6 and $9, respectively.

The spring-forward features mark the lead-up to a new Paré Dining Passport that will give diners an opportunity to win an exclusive package valued at $700 that includes a Dinner for Two at their choice of Paré Restaurant and a one-night stay at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. Guests are required to order one entrée at each of the three Paré Restaurants from May 15th through June 30th to collect a stamp in their passport and be eligible for the grand prize draw that will be made on July 4.

Both Caramba and Quattro will also be introducing new three-course prix-fixe menus for spring at both restaurants for $36 and $44 per person plus tax and gratuity, respectively, beginning on April 6th.
