Indulge in an evening of fine wine and exquisite flavours at H Tasting Lounge’s Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery long table dinner. Begin with a welcome pour of MtB Mt. Bubbles, setting the stage for a refined multi-course experience. Delight in pan-seared Hokkaido scallop with chorizo jam, complemented by Original Vines Sémillon, followed by a rich lobster bisque with Northern Divine caviar, paired with MtB White Label Rosé.
Savour oven-roasted halibut with vermouth cream alongside Original Vines Chardonnay, before indulging in a decadent duo of duck, featuring five-spiced duck breast and confit duck leg croquette, enhanced by the bold MtB Reserve Syrah. Conclude the evening with a luscious mille-feuille, layered with blackberry mascarpone and Chantilly cream, perfectly paired with Ice wine Merlot.
