Les Dames d’Escoffier BC Chapter is delighted to partner with Camosun College to host the inaugural fundraising event, Dames Dish It Up in Victoria, BC on November 28, 2025 between 6pm and 9pm. Eight of Vancouver Island’s most talented female chefs are coming together to create an unforgettable culinary experience to celebrate BC women, culinary excellence and community. One hundred per cent of the proceeds will be donated to the Les Dames d’Escoffier BC Chapter Scholarship Program.
The all-star lineup of BC chefs will create four exquisite courses highlighting the best of the region. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional BC wines from Bella, Theodora and Haywire, artisanal cider from Sea Cider and non-alcoholic cocktails from Fizz Bottle Shop. The evening’s menu will reflect ultimate skill, creativity and mentorship – the values at the heart of Les Dames’ mission to support women in hospitality, beverage and culinary arts.
