Sequoia Company of Restaurants’ portfolio of iconic local hotspots that includes Cardero’s, The Sandbar, Teahouse in Stanley Park and Seasons in the Park is springing forward with new features now available at each location.
Coal Harbour destination Cardero’s and Little Mountain mainstay Seasons in the Park have introduced new Happy Hour Services to the menu Mondays through Fridays, while the celebrated Teahouse in Stanley Park features a nightly three-course Dinner for Two for $139 plus tax and gratuity and Granville Island’s beloved The Sandbar unfurls a Surf and Turf Dinner for Two for $129 plus tax and gratuity every Sunday evening.

A prix-fixe, three-course menu showcasing the best of the West Coast is paired with the unforgettable views offered at this legendary Vancouver restaurant as Teahouse in Stanley Park offers a prix-fixe Dinner for Two for $139 plus tax and gratuity nightly from 4:30 p.m. to close.
The Dinner for Two menu begins with a Seafood Platter (poached chilled prawns, smoked salmon rosettes, steamed mussels & clams, seared sesame Albacore tuna, cocktail sauce, lemon), continues with a main course of 12oz New York Striploin sliced to share with shrimp risotto and peppercorn demi-glace, Charred Broccolini with lemon, cracked chili and Parmesan, and Crab Dip with French baguette, and a decadent Chocolate Milano Cake (light Mascarpone mousse, almond wafer crust, raspberry coulis) to share for dessert, with optional wine pairings from celebrated BC wineries also available.

Locals and visitors alike can make their weekdays and after-work get-togethers a little happier thanks to new Happy Hour menus available Mondays through Fridays at Vancouver’s Seasons in the Park and Cardero’s in Coal Harbour.
Seasons in the Park’s Happy Hour food features available from 2:30 to 5 p.m. in the lounge and on the patio include Parmesan Truffle Fries ($8.5), Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Hummus ($12), a Crab Arancini Duo or Mediterranean Bruschetta for $12 ea. and a Cheese Board with accompaniments for $14, while the drink menu showcases local craft beer for $6 a sleeve, classic cocktails like Moscow Mules, Negronis, Margaritas and Whiskey Sours for $10 ea., highballs for $6 (single) or $9 (double) and wine flights comprising four 2-oz Old and New World varietals for $15.
The Happy Hour bell rings out from 3 to 5 p.m. in the pub at Cardero’s, where guests can enjoy a variety of drink features like 6oz glasses of house red or white wine for $7, local craft beer for $6 a sleeve, classic cocktails for $10 apiece, and a menu of small and share plates that includes Classic Fries ($5), Parmesan Truffle Fries ($7), Margherita ($18) or Bee Sting ($20) Pizzas as well as daily feature Pizzas for $20 each.
Live music featuring local musicians also takes centre stage at Cardero’s with performances nightly from 8 to 11 p.m. as well as Fridays from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 3 to 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. onwards.

Beyond Happy Hour taking place Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 p.m., lovers of land and sea can sample the best of both worlds every Sunday night at The Sandbar when the beloved Granville Island restaurant serves up a Surf and Turf for Two feature for $129 plus tax and gratuity from 4 p.m. to close.
The Surf and Turf special showcases a choice of Sandbar’s Classic Clam Chowder or Caesar Salad as an appetizer, a Surf and Turf Entrée Platter comprising a 10oz Prime New York Striploin, Lobster Tail, Grilled Garlic Prawns, Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes and Salsa Verde, and a delectable Signature Chocolate Pudding with pistachio praline and toffee whipped cream as a sweet finishing note.
Guests can also enjoy daily live music performances from a rotating roster of local talents at The Sandbar Mondays through Thursdays from .7 to 10 p.m, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and 8 to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m.
