Fun new seminars in the Coop this summer!

 

Want to know what the hens are talking about? We’ve hatched a series of new seminars, hosted in the Coop, to give you a fun and educational wine experience. For the month of June, our seminars are complimentary… so grab your calendar and plan your next trip to wine country! Reservations are recommended as limited spots are available for each seminar. Here’s a sneak peek at what we have for you:

Tasting Room Lingo Have you ever wondered why you swirl your glass or who is ‘sur lees’? Our educational seminar was specifcally designed to answer the most popular questions asked of the Rooster. It is a great way to start your day, so the next tasting room you walk into, you can strut your stuff. Daily from 10 – 11 am. Complimentary in June. Learn more Why you always pickin’ on me? Some wines are always scrutinized, including Chardonnay and Rosé. We’d like to set the record straight and bust any myths. Join us as we taste a variety of different wines side-by-side and let you be the judge. Sunday from 1 – 2 pm. Complimentary in June. Learn more Food Pairing at its Finest Take a hands-on approach to the exciting world of wine and food pairing. You’ll enjoy delicious bites by Chef Darin Paterson as one of our wine consultants leads you through this tasty seminar. Experience different elements of your favourite wines and you could discover a new favourite pairing! Daily from 3 – 4 pm. Complimentary in June. Learn more
