This year, Dockside Restaurant at the Granville Island Hotel will again mark this very special day with its Mother’s Day Marketplace Brunch Buffet.
The buffet features food stations inspired by Granville Island’s world-famous Public Market. Guests can fill their plates and please their senses with over 70 made-from-scratch selections. At “The Marketplace Kitchen,” they can enjoy omelettes, waffles and Eggs Benedict, at “The Butcher,” local meats; and at “The Wharf,” the freshest seafood. These stations are complemented by crisp salads, fresh baked breads and pastries and a tempting dessert selection which includes Dockside’s signature milk chocolate fountain.
Dockside’s dining room offers unmatched views of False Creek and Yaletown’s iconic skyline through panoramic, wrap-around windows.
