Either way this Clos du Soleil Rose is the perfect partner for everything from ribs to chili to pizza. Clos du Soleil winery is considered by many critics as a rising star in the Similkameen Valley. This rose proves the point. Its made entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon and has great structure. I smelled strawberries in the aroma and tasted plums and cherries. This is another example of B.C. challenging the wine world when it comes to producing great rose. Enjoy the game!
