The buffet is built around food stations which evoke the bounty of the famous Public Market. Guests can choose from a wide range of meats at “The Butcher”, seafood from “The Wharf” and classic brunch classic like omelettes, waffles and Eggs Benedict from “The Marketplace Kitchen.” These stations are complemented by a range of crisp salads, fresh baked breads and pastries and a stunning dessert selection which includes Dockside’s signature chocolate fountain.
