2025 Pinot Gris

TASTING NOTES
This Pinot Gris opens with fresh aromas of pear, apricot, and delicate honeysuckle, layered with subtle wet stone minerality. The palate mirrors these aromas, offering vibrant orchard fruit and a beautifully smooth texture. It finishes crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity and a lingering mineral note.
STYLISTIC NOTES
This vintage was crafted from Pinot Gris hand-harvested from three distinct vineyards on the Naramata Bench. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s fresh fruit character. The juice was kept at 14°C during fermentation to preserve its vibrant aromatics. The result is a fruit-forward wine with lively natural acidity and refreshing crispness

2025 Sauvignon Blanc

TASTING NOTES
Bright and refreshing, this vintage of our estate Sauvignon Blanc opens with vibrant aromas of tropical fruit and fresh lime zest. The palate follows with lively notes of passion fruit and citrus, finishing crisp and clean with a refreshing lift of acidity.
STYLISTIC NOTES
This Sauvignon Blanc was crafted from fruit sourced from our Blue Terrace Vineyard in north Oliver, using a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation. The portion fermented in stainless steel was kept cool to preserve the wine’s vibrant varietal aromatics and crisp acidity. A second parcel was fermented in two barrels at a slightly warmer temperature (16–18°C), which added roundness to the palate and enhanced the wine’s tropical-fruit character.

2025 Rosé

TASTING NOTES
Wonderfully aromatic, this Rosé opens with vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries and Okanagan cherries. The palate is dry and refreshing, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity. A fruit-forward finish is complemented by subtle creaminess and silky tannins that add body and structure.
STYLISTIC NOTES
The fruit for the 2025 Rosé was hand-harvested from several premium vineyards on the Naramata Bench. This blend is led by Syrah and Rotberger, with small amounts of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Meunier contributing additional complexity. Each varietal was sent directly to press with minimal skin contact, imparting just a delicate touch of colour. The resulting fresh, fruit-forward juice underwent a slow, one-month cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant aromatics.

VINTAGE REPORT
After last year’s devastating losses, the 2025 growing season brought a welcome rebound. Fruit quality was excellent, and yields surpassed our early expectations. In an industry where farming often swings between feast and famine, it was encouraging to see abundance return to the vineyards.
At the start of the season, we closely monitored vine health, unsure how strongly the vines would recover. During pruning, we left extra buds in anticipation of lower yields, but warm, dry spring conditions encouraged early bud break and vigorous growth. Consistent warmth without extreme heat spikes helped the vines develop evenly throughout the season.
In May, we replanted eight acres of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc at our Blue Terrace Vineyard. The rocky terrain made the project especially challenging, limiting the use of machinery, so a team of nine people worked by hand for over three weeks to complete the planting.
While the dry spring initially raised concerns about water availability, timely rains through June, July, and August allowed the vines to flourish. Crop levels increased significantly, requiring fruit thinning to maintain balance and ensure optimal ripening.
Harvest began in the Okanagan on August 26 with fruit for our sparkling wines and concluded on October 28 with Petit Verdot. By season’s end, yields matched our largest harvest on record, marking a remarkable recovery for the vineyards.
